By using Binami (binami.io), operated by CARDOTAKU LLC, Osaka, Japan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. 서비스 설명

Binami is a community-driven mapping platform for Game Centers, Card Shops, and otaku-related events. Users can discover, contribute, and share information about these locations worldwide.

3. 사용자 계정

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Binami.

4. 사용자 기여

• All contributions (places, events, check-ins, photos) must be truthful and accurate
• You retain ownership of your contributions but grant Binami a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute them within the service
• Do not submit spam, duplicate, offensive, or misleading content
• Do not submit personal information about others without their consent

5. 검토 및 관리

Binami uses a trust-based moderation system. We reserve the right to:

• Review, approve, reject, or remove any user contribution
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Adjust user trust levels based on contribution quality

6. 면책 조항

Information on Binami is community-contributed and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information. Always verify important details (opening hours, availability) directly with the venue.

7. 후원

• Donations are voluntary contributions to support the service
• Donations grant no functional perk, feature, or advantage in return
• Donation amounts and frequency are at the user's discretion

8. 지식 재산권

The Binami brand, logo, and original code are the property of CARDOTAKU LLC. Game names, franchise names, and TCG titles mentioned in tags belong to their respective owners.

9. 책임의 제한

Binami is provided "as is" without warranties. CARDOTAKU LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on community-contributed information.

10. 약관 변경

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.

11. 준거법

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Osaka, Japan.
